Ruthie Foster will perform a public concert at the Iron Horse Music Hall in Northampton on August 21 at 7 p.m. She sings the blues. Her current tour includes stops in Los Angeles, California and at New York City's Highline Ballroom, a nightclub where Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder have performed since it opened in 2007.
