200 at Greenfield Rally

In Greenfield on June 28, about 200 people were at an immigrant rights rally, organizer Pixie Holbrook told the Valley Post. The organizers have a web site at https://fccpr.us.

In Los Angeles, the nation's second biggest city, U.S. citizens who look, or who are, Latino are afraid to leave their homes, the New York Times reported in a news article headlined “Completely Disrupted” and published on June 30. Some LA neighborhoods look as deserted as they did during the Covid “lock-downs” in 2020. The fear is even worse for undocumented people, such as the vast majority of the workers on Vermont dairy farms.

In 2022, Huck magazine, which has 77,000 “followers” on Facebook, published an article headlined, “Why we should abolish the world’s borders.” The article is by two people, one of whom is a professor at the world's seventh best university, according to US News and World Report.
